Enjoy a large, sunny, and wooded garden of 1200m² and its heated 9.5m swimming pool. Relax by its fireplace and in its spacious hammam.

The property consists of a main house and its outbuilding.

On the ground floor of the main house, you will find a reception area of 70m², which includes a living room with a fireplace, 3 sofas, and a 65" 4K OLED TV with decoder and Apple TV; perfect for displaying your business presentations or brainstorming sessions; a dining room with a large wooden table for 12/14 people, and a game area with foosball and darts. A whiteboard/paperboard is also provided for your seminars.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals, a dishwasher, and a large American fridge/freezer. An adjoining utility room features a washing machine, tumble dryer, an air fryer, and a blender.

There are 2 WCs accessible on the ground floor.

Upstairs, there is 1 master suite with a 180cm bed, a 55" 4K TV, and a private bathroom, 2 double bedrooms with 160cm beds, and 1 room with 2 single beds of 100cm that can be joined to make a king size bed of 200cm, a second large bathroom with shower and bathtub, and 1 separate WC.

The outbuilding consists of 2 double bedrooms with 160cm beds (one of which is accessible on the ground floor with a 55" 4K TV), 1 bedroom with bunk beds of 90cm (the upper bed can accommodate only one person weighing a maximum of 65kg), 1 bathroom with WC on the ground floor, and a large hammam for 4/5 people.

Enjoy meals outdoors on the terrace with its large table for 12 people and Weber barbecue.

Relax in the loungers around the heated 9.5m pool (open from May to mid-October).

Play cards, read a book, or enjoy an aperitif around our table in the shade of our centenarian oak tree in the garden.

The Wifi network, with a very high-speed fibre connection, covers the entire house and garden.

The house is equipped with a Sonos speaker system that allows you to listen to music in most of the rooms.

Accessibility is simplified thanks to an automatic gate, with four parking spaces available inside the premises to accommodate your teams or clients.
